Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

  • Our support team will review your request and send you the return instructions, including the return address.
  • Pack the item(s) securely and include your order details (invoice or order number).
  • Send the package to the address provided.

Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will proceed with the refund or exchange if it meets our requirements.

Refunds

After your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side or a defective product.
